Yasuyuki spent 13 years in business development and corporate sales at a major materials manufacturer, where he drove a new business that transformed by-products from a core product into high-value-added offerings.
He subsequently gained Customer Success experience at a healthcare SaaS company and later held leadership roles in Customer Success, business development, and marketing at a machine translation SaaS vendor. There, he drove customer growth and upselling before overseeing the entire organization as Head of Division.
He joined the Geniee Group in May 2025.
He currently serves as Head of Customer Success at both Geniee, Inc. and JAPAN AI, Inc., overseeing the Customer Success organizations of both companies.
