After graduating from a university overseas, Sae joined a global apparel company in the local market.
As an assistant store manager, she was responsible for store operations, sales management, and employee development, overseeing frontline operations.
After returning to Japan, she joined Geniee, Inc. in March 2023 and took charge of PMI for its overseas businesses. She led Customer Success teams and new business launches across the company's U.S. and Asian offices.
In April 2026, she was appointed Deputy General Manager of the department.
She currently oversees Customer Success operations across three locations in Japan and overseas.
