Masaya joined the company as a new graduate in 2020 and began his career as an engineer.
After working on the Science Team, he moved into a Product Manager role within the Supply-Side Business Division. He subsequently took on business development responsibilities and led the PMI process with the acquired company Zelto in 2023.
He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Product Management Department and oversees business development and product management for the global Supply-Side Business.
