After completing graduate school, Kotaro worked at a securities firm and consulting firms, where he was involved in equity finance, debt finance, M&A, and corporate venture capital transactions.
Through these corporate actions, he contributed to enhancing corporate value.
He joined Geniee, Inc. in March 2025 and became involved in financing, M&A, and capital and business alliance transactions within the Investment Strategy Department.
In April 2026, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of the department.
He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Investment Strategy Department.
