SUSTAINABILITY

Our group actively promotes corporate sustainability by leveraging our group's collective resources and expertise.
We place a strong emphasis on ESG, which consists mainly of "Environment," "Social," and "Governance," and we have set specific SDGs for each ESG category.
As a leading Japanese technology company, we will continue to work towards sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value over the medium to long term.
*Corporate sustainability refers to initiatives aimed at continuous management while considering the impact on the environment, economy, and society as a whole.

1. Environment

For sustainable growth, we recognize that addressing climate change and conserving the natural environment are critical themes. We believe that integrating environmental management with growth strategies is essential. By leveraging our group's strengths, including management resources and accumulated know-how, we aim to balance environmental considerations with profit generation. Specifically, we are promoting paperless operations by implementing cloud-based systems for human resources, attendance, accounting, and expense reimbursement across the company, utilizing electronic signatures to effectively utilize resources and reduce environmental impact. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens our commitment to environmental considerations.

2.Social

We place a strong emphasis on the recruitment and development of diverse talent with various backgrounds, creating an environment where individuals can thrive. To foster a more inclusive and supportive work environment, we have enhanced systems such as flexible working hours, a mentoring program, an internal job posting system, and a global challenge program, aiming to improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
These initiatives contribute to the sustainable growth of the company, and through further enhancement, we are committed to advancing social contributions and creating a fulfilling work environment. As part of our efforts to provide a comfortable workplace and support career advancement, we have implemented programs such as refresh leave, housing allowances, book subsidies, support for working parents, internship programs, and job change systems, with a particular focus on actively promoting the employment and advancement of female employees. By assigning outstanding overseas talent to our headquarters and deploying domestic talent to overseas locations, we aim to achieve globally suitable talent placement and further promote diversity and growth.
