While still at university, Tomoka participated in launching a startup.

She joined Geniee, Inc. in April 2023 and focused primarily on organizational development and talent development within Human Resources. She has led cross-functional HR initiatives spanning company-wide policy and program design, the development of organizational operating foundations, and recruitment.

She was appointed Manager in the Human Resources Department in October 2025.

She currently oversees initiatives across multiple HR functions.
